Apa lagi yang boleh diharapkan dengan keadaan harga rumah di Malaysia terutamanya melibatkan bandar-bandar besar di Malaysia sekarang ini? Bukannya semakin menyenangkan rakyat Malaysia tetapi semakin membebankan dan adakalanya harga rumah di Malaysia yang ada ketika ini agak menakutkan.
1. Kondominium One Menerung di Bangsar contohnya yang seluas 2,000 kaki (185 meter) persegi dijual pada harga RM2.4 juta seunit
2. Sebuah rumah semi-D di Sri Hartamas berharga RM1.5 juta manakala rumah teres dua tingkat di Cheras bermula dari harga RM500,000

Apabila harga rumah sudah begitu mudah mencapai ke tahap nilai sebegitu, ia sudah bukan lagi harga yang mampu milik untuk semua rakyat Malaysia. Harga sebegitu rupa boleh dikatakan sudah menjadi “senaman mata” oleh rakyat Malaysia setiap hari yang kadangkalanya apabila melihat buat kali kedua boleh menyebabkan “sakit mata”. Hakikatnya, rakyat Malaysia yang tergolong daripada kalangan yang berpendapatan serdahana iaitu sekitar RM6,000 sebulan hanya mampu memandang sahaja.

Senario kenaikan harga rumah untuk 5 tahun kebelakangan ini, bukan sahaja setakat berlegar di kawasan Lembah Klang malah sudah mula “berjangkit” di sekitar Kajang, Bangi, Sungai Buloh, Rawang dan tidak lupa juga di sekitar Semenyih. Contohnya :

Beberapa lokasi harga rumah teres baharu di Semenyih dengan keluasan 24×70 kaki (7×21 meter) kini sudah mencecah harga RM460,000. Anda mampu?
Harga rumah bersaiz 22×70 kaki sudah mencapai RM510,000. Anda mampu?
Harga rumah di Rawang pula untuk keluasan dijual pada harga sekitar RM288,000 (20×65 kaki). Anda mampu?
Harga rumah di Sungai Buloh bermain pada harga RM398,000 untuk keluasan 22×75 kaki. Anda mampu?
Lain-lain ada nak tambah untuk perkongsian semua?
Rata-rata kalau diperhatikan kalangan yang terdiri daripada golongan pertengahan lebih gemar memilih rumah teres disebabkan faktor keluasan pada harga yang mereka fikirkan pada harga masih lagi munasabah disebabkan “pilihan yang terhad”.

Jika harga rumah terus melambung tinggi tetapi pendapatan rakyat Malaysia masih tidak menunjukkan peningkatan yang seimbang, alamatnya impian golongan pertengahan untuk memiliki sekurang-kurangnya sebuah rumah teres bukan hanya tinggal angan-angan semata disebabkan keadaan menjadi lebih sukar apabila harga rumah teres dijangka mencecah harga RM800,000 sebuah menjelang tahun 2020 iaitu 8 tahun daripada sekarang

Berdasarkan unjuran kenaikan purata harga sebanyak tujuh peratus setahun oleh syarikat perunding hartanah CH William Talhar & Wong Sdn. Bhd. (WTW) selepas mengambil kira harga purata terbaharu rumah teres di Selangor iaitu RM480,000 sebuah :
1. Presiden Persatuan Ekonomi Pengguna dan Keluarga Malaysia (Macfea), Profesor Dr. Jariah Masud meramalkan bahawa harga rumah teres di Lembah Klang bakal mencecah RM1 juta dalam tempoh 10 tahun akan datang walaupun berlaku krisis ekonomi
2. Pengarah Urusan WTW, Sr. Foo Gee Jen memberitahu, harga rumah teres di pinggir bandar bakal menjadi lebih kompetitif berikutan kenaikan harga rumah di pusat bandar Kuala Lumpur
3. Harga rumah teres di Lembah Klang akan meningkat sekali ganda menjelang tahun 2020
4. harga rumah teres di Taman Tun Dr. Ismail yang kini bernilai RM1.5 juta bakal mencapai harga RM3 juta dalam tempoh 8 tahun lagi

Taxi Driver intent to beat the car beside after nearly crashed at Senawang Light Industrial Area

I’d witness the whole incident by my own. It happened in front my car.
At 1st I saw a Waja Taxi (Plate number HWD 4205) speeding and keep on over take the car in front him all the way from Senawang Last Train Station (Sungai Gadut) to Taman Bukit Emas entrance.

When come to underneath of the Flyover to Senawang Tesco (In front of JPJ), this Taxi Over take a Viva from the right and the viva suddenly go slightly right and causing the Taxi almost crash to the road divider, the friction between tyre and divider generate smoke and strong smell of rubber. Then the best thing happened…

The Taxi Driver drive slow after his car rub on the road divider, he drive to the left side,while the viva on the right at this moment. I saw the Taxi window been wind down and Taxi driver hand wave and ask Viva to drive fast, he might wish to scold the Viva’s driver. Viva’s driver scared and drive even more slow. Both of them block my way, as they are driving in front me, left and right lane.

All of sudden, the Taxi driver raise arm, a stick alike item out from his car, I also shock when I looked at that. The Viva’s driver even more scare now, then all of us come to the red traffic light and stopped. Viva’s driver still keep a safe distance between Taxi, and Taxi driver still wave his stick to pretend to beat the Viva Car. Phew… Luckily everything end by green light.

No one hurt in this incident, no car being whacked. But I hope everyone can drive safely and respect others person. In this incident, Taxi driver shouldn’t drive too fast, and the Viva’s driver should take caution before drive from left lane to right lane.
