On the 60th anniversary of its founding in 2012, Taiwan Nan-Mei Fine Arts Association is organising a special international touring exhibition in celebration of this joyous occasion. The first leg of the “2012 Taiwan Nan-Mei Fine Arts Association’s 60th Anniversary Exhibition” has been successfully held in Beijing, China from 12 to 27 May 2012. The second leg is scheduled to be held in Malaysia – the first exhibition to be held in Malaysia for Taiwan Nan-Mei Fine Arts Association. A total of 87 artworks will be displayed here, including Chinese ink paintings, western paintings, sculptures and photographic art.

Taiwan Nan-Mei Fine Arts Association was formed 60 years ago in June 1952. At present, it is not only the largest arts association in the southern part of Taiwan but also the longest established and one which has the most far-reaching influence in the local community. The Association started with a modest set-up. After two years of tireless effort, in 1954, it has expanded to four departments, namely Western Painting, Sculpture, Photography and Chinese ink painting. The Association provides a valuable stage for arts exchanges and interactions among artists based on the aspiration to “Make Friends through Art” as well as an important platform for young artists seeking to showcase their works.

With the spirit of “Making Friends through Art” combined with the artistic pulse of Taiwan, this exhibition will surely contribute to a colourful exchange of culture and arts between Taiwan and Malaysia. We welcome all Malaysians to this exhibition and would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and precious time spent with us.

2012年，欣逢台湾南美会成立60周年，特举办国际巡回展庆祝。“台湾南美会第60届（2012）美展”首站，已于今年5月12日至27日，在中国北京成功举行。马来西亚为第二站，也是该会首次莅马展出。届时将展出87件作品，其中包括国画、西画、雕塑和摄影作品。

台湾南美会成立于1952年6月。已成立一甲子的南美会，不仅是台湾南部最大的画会之一，也是台湾历史最悠久、影响最深远的画会之一。创会时只有西画部的南美会，历经两年的默默耕耘，于1954年组成完整的四部组织，即西画部、雕塑部、摄影部和国画部。1957年的第五届南美展，开始对外公开征件。入选者可与各部会员同时展出，此措施将南美会的影响力进一步普及全国，为美术创作者提供了一个“以艺会友”、相互切磋、彼此砥砺的艺术舞台，也是年轻艺术家争取发表作品的重要平台。

南美会员此次亦秉持“以艺会友”的情怀，将宝岛的艺术芬香传递到马来西亚，同时为马台的文化艺术交流增添色彩。欢迎大马社会各界人士及艺术界同道，拨冗光临赐教。展览开幕当天，将举办一场艺术讲座会，详情如下：

What is the reason behind one resignation?

1. Can not adapt to the working environment / culture.
Different company has different way of doing their task.
Based on my experience, never see 2 differ company use the exact same method in work.
NEVER.

Like Quote says “when in Rome, do as the Romans do”
This is true. We can not always compare current company with previous company.

2. Can not get along with own department colleague and departmental superior.
Common issue happens to many of us. Difficult colleagues, unreasonable superior or BOSS, always make your life miserable. But is ourself to find a balance way to work with them, people would not change because of others. In very rare cases, you can influence a person to change his way of doing work.

3. MONEY, Salary not enough for living
Cost of living in Malaysia getting higher and higher, I knew, I well understood. You always thought your salary was low, but have you ever think of, Operator level employee with month income RM700 can support a Family of 5 person, what reason you want to tell, your salary is not enough.

4. Better job prospect in NEXT
People always looking forward for self advancement, I FULLY support this statement. Better job offered, you should gives a try.

5. Setup own Business
Congratulation to you if your reason falled this catergory. Is the new chapter to you to kick start your own business. Then you have to know all 4 reasons above for resignation, it might be useful for your company.

Alhamdullilah, semalam dapat duduk sebilik dengan seorang aktivis keselamatan Capt. Bala Supramaniam. Kalau anda pernah tgk video-video kekejaman di Palestine dan Syria, jgn ingat anda jauh dari kekejaman seperti itu.

Nauzubillah min zalik, ianya berlaku didalam negara kita sendiri, mungkin tidak jauh dari tempat anda tinggal.

Kami ditayangkan dengan gambar-gambar kejadian rogol, bunuh dan buang oleh ramai mangsa yang anda tak akan dapat lihar didalam Metro atau KOSMO. Yang menyayat hati banyak mangsa-mangsa adalah kanak-kanak, ada yang besar2 anak saya sendiri. Tenunglah anak perempuan anda sekarang, bayangkan dada mereka ditoreh, pungung dikerjakan, disumbat mulut dengan kertas, beras, kemaluan disumbat dengan benda-benda. Ni bukan rekaan tuan-tuan dan puan-puan. Saya tengok gambar tu dengan mata saya sendiri.

Yang lebih menyedihkan 80% mereka yang ditangkap terlepas, kerana tidak cukup bukti untuk didakwa dan ditahan didalam penjara. Jadi awas tuan-tuan dan puan-puan, dikalangan kita ada perogol, pedophiles, pembunuh bersiri yang bebas mencari peluang utk bertindak.

Dan mereka ni bukan orang kurang siuman. Semuanya bijak belaka. Mereka mengunakan kaedah seperti PHISING dan reverse phsycology utk mendapatkan maklumat peribadi kita.

Jadi anda boleh membuat perbezaan. Saya nak sarankan beberapa perkara mudah di FB yang InsyaAllah boleh menyelamatkan nyawa anda dan keluarga anda.

1. REMOVE semua maklumat berkenaan suami, isteri, anak, ibu, bapa, pakcik yang kita publish di Facebook. Tak perlu unfriend mereka, hanya tukar relationship sahaja.

2.JANGAN post gambar anda, anak-anak, keluarga dan sahabat handai. Jika perlu tetapkan setting SECURITY pada kiriminan. Tentukan org-org yg hanya boleh melihat gambar tersebut.

3. Aktifkan option untuk review TAG. Ada didalam ruangan Setting. Pilihan ini akan meminta anda utk approve gambar, post yang anda telah di tag. Jadi ini akan memberikan anda ruang untuk menilai kiriman tersebut samanda ianya akan mengamcam keselamatan

4. JANGAN lah nak bersayang-sayang, aniversary di FB. Buat offline sahajalah.Tindakan seperti ini akan memberitahu siapa orang kesayangan anda dan boleh jadi target

5. HENTIKAN post yang boleh menunjukan anda bersendiri. Sperti “Boringnya, sorang-sorang kat rumah” atau “I nak tido kejap”

6. MATIKAN fungi geo-location pada pengguna Android atau iPhone. Fungsi ini boleh mndedahkan lokasi anda.

7. Review friendlist adan dngan kerap. Ingat 80% penjenayah ni masih terlepas.

8. REMOVE no telefon dari FB. Kerana penguna Android boleh nampak no telefon anda

9. Gambo profile letak lah yang sopan santun

10. REVIEW semula album FB anda. Mana gambar yg tak patutu delete sahaja !

** Nampak paranoid, tapi kalau korang tgk sendiri baru korang tau. Jangan salahkan pihak berkuasa. Kita sendiri yg expose maklumat peribadi.

1. Buka kipas meja , cakap dengan kipas sebab nak dengar suara bertukar.

2. Naik kereta dan tengok bulan. Ingat bulan tu ikut kita.

3. Naik basikal, boleh lepas tangan dari “handle”, rasa hebat.
4. Masa sekolah, ade orang bagi milo percuma, lepas ambil sekali menyamar jadi orang lain, ambil milo lagi sekali.
5. Masa sekolah, ade orang dtg jual vitagen/susu/buku/barang, bawak balik list, mintak duit nak beli kat mak bapak.
6. Lukis burung guna huruf M atau V
7. Lukis matahari di penjuru atas kertas lukisan dan antara bukit
8. Masa kecil fikir bentuk hati yang sebenar macam ni —> ♥
9. Tutup pintu peti ais perlahan lahan, sebab hendak tengok lampu peti ais padam.

10. Kalau tak siap kerja sekolah , sengaja tinggalkan buku latihan di rumah.
11. Pergi dekat peti ais tempat freezer atas tu dan bubuh muka kasi sejuk.

12. Main game Pacman atau Mario
13. Main lubang tikus
14. Mintak biodata kawan2
15. Kalau pergi shopping mesti pergi tempat TOY dulu.
16. Buat jet kertas

17. Tengok Power Rangers, Flashman, Maskman, etc.

Honestly I’m a Blackberry supporter all these while, from Curve to Bold, I owned 2 blackberry phones. Recently I bought an iPhone 4s, due to my Blackberry 9780 is runing in slow pace. But that’s not the main reason of change, I change it because I wish to test out, try out iPhone 4s application, functional.

First, I’d observed in iPhone 4s not easy to access to all latest update, as in Blackberry, we can access to all apps/email/sms/updates in simple one location. In iPhone, we need to exercise more on our finger to tab into each apps to check the updates status. More worst is the Whatsapp in iPhone doesn’t have the realtime alert, which means you only know there is new messege when you open the Whatsapp. In Blackberry, the alert for everything is instantly, we need not to go one by one to check. This is a great disappointment for me towards iPhone 4s.

In Blackberry, we can search any term, app, people by key in their name directly in the HOME screen area, and it will shows all the near related search result. In iPhone can do the same, but in less effective way.

Some people says choosing iPhone and lead us to thousand of new apps, games. But do we really need all that in our tiny phone and battery constraint also need to be considered.
